Creole cuisine is a fabulous melting pot of flavours from African, Spanish and French cooking traditions. This is refined cookery with lots of robust tastes and colours.

A bowl of gumbo is a must – as are the New Orleans crab cakes, famous the world over. Seafood is strong here but we also have excellent dishes of chicken, pork and beef, as well as delicious vegetarian options, all using the finest ingredients from local suppliers.
